As an Afro-Latino ten year old in Brooklyn, New York, I'd read Spiderman comics then look up at building-tops & imagine I was "Spidey", front-flipping from one roof to the next. Dreams come true. Kansas State Chooses Secret Saturdays!

The Kansas National Education Association (NEA) just put Secret Saturdays on its recommended reading-list for its Junior/Middle High Schools. The list is distributed and promoted throughout Kansas during the 2011 year :)
